The Telegraaf
daily has received a variety of declarations from people working within the
aviation field who claim that in the Netherlands, the screening process for new
pilots is poor, and that psychological problems and the use of medications can
easily be hidden. The newspaper has the
names of the individuals who have brought these claims forward. They wish to remain anonymous toward the
public and do not want to endanger their licenses and careers by coming into
the open.
