Prime Minister of Dutch Antilles: Netherlands Discriminates Antilleans

Emily de Jongh-Elhage, Prime Minister of the Dutch Antilles, is visiting the Netherlands to express her anger with the Dutch government about a new data bank of Antillean youngsters in the Netherlands, which will be established to fight the high criminality among them. The Antilles consider it discriminatory that only Antillean youngsters are registered in this way. The Organization of Caribbean Dutchmen (OCaN) wants to complain to the European Court of Human Rights about what they call the racial data bank.
