Gouda Police has no Time for Complaint

Last Wednesday a Moroccan youngster about 11 years old threw a dart arrow at a woman in the troubled Oosterwei neighborhood of Gouda. It hit her under the eye. When she went to the police station to complain, she was told to come back on Saturday, as the police had no time to deal with her. The victim also said that children throw eggs, tomatoes and stones at windows and walk over cars. The police say they cannot do anything because the children are under the age of 12.
