Foreign Minister says that peaceful multicultural societies do not exist

Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Stef Blok said that it is genetically determined that groups of people cannot get along with each other.  He added that this is probably deeply rooted in peoples’ genes. When somebody remarked Surinam was a peaceful multicultural society, Blok responded that it is a “failed state.”  He said that Singapore is not a good example because it is a mini country extremely selective on migration policy.  He added that they do not allow poor migrants other than possibly for cleaning. Dutch parliamentarians were shocked by his statements.
