The VVD (Liberal Party) has asked the
government to undertake an investigation of criminal motorcycle gangs whose
influence permeates deeply into government bureaucracy. The party reached this
conclusion after speaking with fearful victims who want to remain anonymous.
They are deathly afraid to be witnesses and the prosecution doesn’t help them.
VVD Parliamentarian, Jeanine Hennis said that “it is crazy how interwoven the
underworld and the regular world are.” She added that in networks, criminal
motorcycle gangs possibly cooperate with auditors, high officials, lawyers and
even police officials.
