A study carried out for the Ministry of Housing says that in two-thirds of the municipalities where most Moroccans youngsters live, there is no focused attack on criminality and education problems. Almost all 44 municipalities investigated suffer from criminality and misbehavior among Moroccan youth. Sixty percent of them say that these are common problems.
