Criminal Lawyer Brings Complaint against Leftist Parliamentarians

Bram Moszkowicz, a leading criminal lawyer has complained with the attorney general office against the Socialist Party parliamentarians Harry van Bommel and Sadet Karabulut and against Gretta Duisenberg, the widow of the former president of the European Central Bank. These persons had participated in a pro Hamas demonstration on 3 January in Amsterdam where they shouted ‘Intifada, intifada, Palestine free’. Other demonstrators shouted “Hamas, Hamas, Jews to the gas”. Moszkowicz claims that these slogans call for violence against innocent citizens. Furthermore the three persons concerned did not distance themselves from the calls for Jew hatred.
