Attorney-General Sues Former Director of Rotterdam Port

The Attorney-General intends to prosecute Willem Scholten, the former director of the Rotterdam port. He is suspected of having given guarantees of tens of millions of Euros on behalf of the port to companies which are now bankrupt. Scholten had no authority to grant these guarantees. The banks are claiming 98 million Euro from the port.
