plantations were dealt with in 2012, a similar number as in previous years.

Police and Prosecution cannot Cope with Growing of Cannabis
The Dutch police and
prosecution are, despite major efforts, not advancing in the battle against the
illegal growing of cannabis. According to police figures, more than 5,000
