European Union Summons Netherlands before European Court

The EU Commission summons The Netherlands before a European Court. It states that the Netherlands discriminates pensioners who live abroad but have rights to a Dutch state pension. They do not receive an additional allowance paid to those living in The Netherlands. The EU Commission says that this policy contradicts European law.
