Rotterdam is the least safe town in the Netherlands. There are many problems of holdups, street muggings and manhandling. Criminality figures in the town are increasing as against the national downtrend. This was reported in the eighth edition of the AD daily’s measurement of crime. Eindhoven, which headed the list last year, is now in second place, followed by Amsterdam and Tilburg.
