White Male Police Chiefs Worried about Promotion Discrimination

There is major unrest among the top 150 police officers in the Netherlands about the intentions of Minister of the Interior Guusje Ter Horst (Labour) to appoint women or non-western immigrants to 50% of the top positions over the next three years. The police will make an effort to provide alternative employment for those not promoted in line with their capabilities.
