Attorney-General Office Sends Confidential Files to Wrong Advocates

At least three law offices have mistakenly received confidential files of cases which do not concern them, from the Attorney-General in Maastricht. The lawyers say that this is extremely sloppy behavior and could harm clients’ rights to confidentiality. The Attorney-General’s office is investigating.
