For years,
teachers at the Theater School in Amsterdam had frequent sexual relations with their
pupils. In 2014, one teacher left the
school in order to avoid a detailed investigation of his behavior. Another
teacher said that in the 1980s, the heads of the schools also behaved in this
manner as well. A comedienne who
attended the school recently spoke about the relations she had with her
teacher. In September, a novel will be published
which will relate the abuse of the students in their relationships with their
teachers. The heads of the school now say that they will no longer tolerate
such behavior.
