Amnesty International: Criminal Investigation of Aruban’s Death was Insufficient

Mitch Henriquez, of Aruba, was forcefully arrested by the police. Amnesty International says that the investigation by the national detective service was insufficient.  They say that an external investigation commission has to evaluate the police actions involved in the case and should specifically investigate whether racial discrimination played a role.
