More Offices Empty in Netherlands than elsewhere in Europe

Percentagewise there are more empty offices in the Netherlands than elsewhere in Europe. At the beginning of 2013 fifteen percent of Dutch office space was not used. In Amsterdam it is eighteen percent. In the whole of Europe only Athens has a higher percentage.
