No Supervision in Muslim Boarding Schools

The NRC Handelsblad reports that hundreds of children live in mosques in boarding school conditions. Only on the weekends do they go home. Several of the buildings are poorly maintained and not properly protected against fire. There is no supervision on how these children are treated. Fifty girls live in a boarding school in Rotterdam which has no permit. A confidential report of the Rotterdam municipality says that that there is no protection against fire and the situation is dangerous.
