Minister: 50,000 of People Condemned Evade Punishment

About 50,000 people in the Netherlands have succeeded in evading their punishment. In two-thirds of the cases, this relates to unpaid fines. Most of the others involve jail sentences. This was reported by Ernst Hirsch Ballin, Minister of Justice (Christian Democrats).
