I couldn't find it on the web, but should the person reading this choose to believe my following submission, he or she will not be entertaining a complete falsehood (although certain inaccuracies may have occurred.)
In 2005, the Dutch government has had to close down a program for reintroducing of Dutch unemployed people to the work circle after **all** the participants dropped out over the space of two months.
The participants were required to get up at 8 AM to pick tomatoes in a field until 4 PM for a salary of over 1,000 euros.
