The Dutch police academy suffers from a culture of fear and
departing teachers which can’t be replaced. This was written in an anonymous
letter by teachers of the academy. At the academy future policemen, detectives
and specialists are trained. The teachers also write that since their first
mention to the media of the problems, the atmosphere is terrible. They feel
insecure. The management denies these claims.
