Mother and Daughter, maintained a group of young Muslim girls
who consider going to Syria for the jihad. When she spoke at the meeting of Muslim
women in Gouda, she said that parents of such girls are deadly afraid that they
will end up as prostitutes in Syria. According to the National Coordinator for
the Fight Against Terrorism and Security (NCTV), currently 20 Dutch Muslim
girls are in Syria. Five come from Gouda. They marry without permission from
their parents.
