Easy to Break out of Dutch Prisons

The bars before the windows of Dutch prisons can easily be removed. They have been screwed in with regular screws and not with special antitheft screws. These can be loosened with an ordinary screwdriver. This became clear when recently a murderer and serial rapist escaped from the Penitentiary Psychiatric Center in Vught.
