Six years after a law was passed in 2006, it now turns out that colleges have continued to teach students a profession called Omgangskunde (Knowledge of Social Interaction) for which there is no professional employment. The changed law said that those with a degree in this profession can only teach this profession at schools. There is, however, only one school in the Netherlands which has this in its curriculum. The ministry never informed the colleges of the changed law.
