The Telegraaf daily claims that because of quarrels in the Dutch military intelligence service MIVD in 2007 secret information about road-bomb factories in Afghanistan was not used. This has possible led to the Killing of Dutch soldiers. The factories could continue to operate after two secret agents were not debriefed.
