Has the Privacy of Two Million Dutchmen been Abused?

The Council for the Protection of Personal Data (CBP) has begun an investigation on the use of data of 2.2 million Dutchmen by the media company Advance. It is possible, according to the CBP, that the company is breaking the law regarding personal data.
