Amsterdam Airport and the adjacent Sheraton hotel were
evacuated as armed police and the bomb squad patrolled the terminal, as some
luggage had been determined to be suspicious.
One person was arrested for several hours. It was later communicated that no dangerous
materials had been found in the suspected person’s luggage.
