Six Thousand Crosses for Boars Killed

A memorial service will be held next week for the 6,000 wild boars which were killed in the last hunting season in the Veluwe region. The party for the animals which has two seats in the Dutch Parliament will place 6,000 crosses next to the monument for a white boar which was killed four years ago. A Protestant minister will give a eulogy.
