For the second time within a few weeks, the Amsterdam prosecutor’s office has lost part of a suspect’s file. The prosecution had requested a one and a half year jail sentence for this person for forging bank and credit cards. Last month the same prosecution lost the files of two alleged criminals who had attacked a discotheque. They were released by the court.http://www.trouw.nl/nieuws/nederland/article1892940.ece/OM_Amsterdam_raakt_opnieuw_dossier_kwijt.html
