One out of
ten government bureaucrats has strong doubts about the integrity of their
colleagues. Similarly, one out of ten
officials in communities and provinces have doubts about their fellow
politicians. The main subjects concerned
are false declarations, the treatment of confidential information, and conflict
of interest. These results are from the Monitor
for Integrity of Public Management 2012.
Such a study is carried out every year by the BIOS bureau.
