Great Increase in “Domestic” Booze Facilities

Legislation which forbids serving alcohol to youngsters under the age of 18 has led to the emergence of a large number of sheds in gardens where youngsters drink alcohol without supervision. There is no control over this. Café owners in a variety of communities say that this may become a huge problem.
