Transport Expert: One Hundred Billion Euros Wasted on Infrastructure

Bert van Wee, Professor of Transport Policies at the Technical University of Delft, has calculated the costs to the government due to running over budget and delays of major infrastructure projects. He arrived at the stunning figure of one hundred billion Euros wasted since 1980.
