A report prepared by the national detective agency on the
death of Mitch Henriquez, who was arrested in a demonstration in June,
concludes that the extreme maltreatment by the police who arrested him led to
his death. This was stated in the talk
show “Pauw” by the lawyer Gerald Roethof, who saw the report which had been
sent to the official prosecutor’s office.
