Many Dutch Trains Broken Due to Snow

Train experts consider that the Dutch railways have misdesigned many double-decker trains. There are debates as to whether a quarter or one half of these so-called Sprinter trains are broken at the moment. In Germany, the same trains do not have problems due to the winter weather. The Dutch railways say that they do not understand why so many trains are broken and accuse the suppliers of having caused the problems.
