Most Discrimination in Labor Market Based on Age


People in the labor force think that employers discriminate more on the basis of age than on gender or ethnicity. Almost a quarter of employees say that, at their place of work, people have been rejected because of their age. These are the results of a poll by Intelligence Group. One-third of those polled think that age discrimination starts at 36.
