Former Chairman of Philips Leaves Netherlands

Former Chairman of Philips, Roel Pieper, has announced that he is leaving the Netherlands for France. The reason he gives for this is that he and his family were not informed that the mentally disturbed person who severely wounded his wife in 2003, has been released from an institution. The minister concerned has meanwhile apologized for this. Pieper was also irritated by the equalization trends in the Netherlands, the very large number of controls, the lack of innovation and the limitation of entrepreneurship. In reaction to his announcement many people said that they are thinking of emigrating because of the influence of Islam on the Netherlands.
