Dutch Beer Drinkers Can Submit Major Claim against Brewers

Last year three Dutch brewers, Heineken, Grolsch and Bavaria, were fined 274 million Euro due to illegal cartel behavior. Dutch Euro commissioner Neelie Kroes is submitting a plan which would allow Dutch beer drinkers and coffee shop owners to claim refunds from the brewers by a simple procedure.
