Dutch Parcel Post Functions Poorly

The consumer organization, de Consumentenbond has published that no other Dutch company is subject to as many complaints as PostNL, the package parcel delivery company.  The consumer organization received 4600 complaints about the company.  PostNL responded that it dealt with 251 million parcels last year which is huge amount. The consumer organization said that PostNL’s customer service is bad because only people sending parcels can complain.
