Amnesty shocked as police taser a demented man

Amnesty International is shocked by the news that Police Officers used a taser on a 73 year old demented man in a nursing home in Rotterdam.  Amnesty says that this is not an isolated incident but rather illustrates a bigger problem.  If one uses a taser, against people with psychological problems or the elderly, there is a risk of permanent damage. Amnesty says that these individuals aren’t dangerous criminals and their lives should not be put at risk.
