Among people from Surinam there is almost 4%, and among Turks almost 3%. The average of all people in Rotterdam is 2%. Between 2000 and 2009 almost a third of Antilleans had a police file in light of being suspected of a crime, while more than 22% of Moroccans and almost 22% of people from Surinam had such a file. The average of all Rotterdam inhabitants is 12.6%. The study was undertaken by the Erasmus University.
