None of 10,000 Pilots’ Mistakes Analyzed
The Van Delden commission has analyzed the activities of the Office for the Aanalysis of Air Traffic (ABL) which was created in 2007 in order to identify and analyze mistakes and incidents in air traffic. In 2008 10,000 cases were brought to the attention of this office. The not-yet published report says that not a single meaningful analysis has been carried out.
