Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenenende has said that Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders had informed the cabinet early on that it was possible that his movie would show pages of the Quran being burned or torn up. He says that this is clear from reports of conversations between the ministers of justice and the interior with Wilders.
