In 2015, the Supreme Court concluded that the National
Lottery had misled the public over a period of seven years by distributing less
prizes than it promised in publicity. Now there are four court cases at two
different courts of people who claim that they should get back the money they
paid for lottery tickets. If they win
these cases the consequences for the lottery can be huge.
