By 2040 the number of dementia
related deaths in the Netherlands will grow from 14 thousand to 40 thousand, according to a study published by public health institute RIVM. The increase in dementia
related deaths can be attributed to the aging population. Dementia includes over
50 age related diseases, including Alzheimer's. There is currently no cure.
