Law professor Liesbeth Zegveld claims that in 1977 Dutch marines
killed two Moluccan hostage takers of a train after they were no longer a
threat and did not offer resistance. As lawyer of their descendants she is
taking the Dutch State to court for abuse of its monopoly of violence. Zegveld
claims also that the Dutch soldiers used prohibited types of munition.
