Arnhem has allowed one donor to father 50 children. This is contrary to Dutch legislation which
allows sperm donors to father up to 25 children. Other findings were that 15 donors at the
Arnhem Sperm Bank had an average of 36 children each. One doctor is accused of fathering dozens of
