Former tax Authorities detective Jan Van Koningsveld claims
that the Dutch Treasury is cheated for 10 billion Euro by rich people who have
hidden up to 129 Billion Euro in tax havens such as the Virgin Islands, the Seychelles
and the Cayman Islands. Also criminals use these tax havens to whitewash black money. Koningsveld said so in his Ph.D for Tilburg University. He added that it is very difficult
to identify the legal structures used and it takes much time
