Lawyer Accuses Vice-President of Supreme Court of Forgery

Lodewijk Koenen, a Dutch lawyer, has issued a formal complaint with the Attorney-General’s office about an alleged forgery by Freerk Koster, Vice-President of the Supreme Court. Koenen claims that Koster intentionally approved an inaccurate report of a session of the Court. Koenen has a videotape of the session. The last time there was a serious claim against a Member of the Supreme Court was in 1947 when Jo van Loon, the Court’s President during the German occupation, was condemned for supporting and collaborating with the enemy.
