Dutch Soldiers Leave Naked Prisoners Outside in Rain and Cold

It has now become known that in January 2007, Dutch soldiers at the Dutch base Kamp Holland left three naked Afghani prisoners outside in the rain and cold. In 2006 there had been accusations that in 2003 Dutch soldiers in Iraq had tortured Iraqi prisoners. A commission of investigation concluded that, while there had been no torture, the rules of the army had been broken.
