After the huge failure of the
Fyra high speed trains the state-owned NS railway company has now also taken all
the 18 replacement trains brought in their place out of service. The NS says that
there are problems with the flow of electricity to the locomotives. They will

Wilders: Put in Police Complaints about Labor Party Leaders
Five thousand people have submitted
complaints to the police about Geert Wilders’ remarks that there should be less
Moroccans in the Netherlands. Thereupon, Wilders has called on his supporters
to submit complaints against Labor Party leader Samson, who is quoted as having
said that Moroccans have an “ethnic monopoly” on causing a nuisance. Labor
Party Chairman Spekman has said that he wants Moroccans who cause nuisances, “to
be humiliated in the eyes of their own people.”

Dutch Government Finances Studies of Jihadis in Syria
Part of the Dutch Jihadi fighters in
Syria receive governmental “study financing.” The National Coordinator of
Counterterrorism and Safety (NCTV) investigated how big this group is and
whether it is possible to do anything about it. In practice, it turns out that
this is very difficult however. On the other hand, all social security payments
to known jihadists have been stopped. (There are about 100 Dutch Jihadists
presently in Syria.)

Minister of Justice Allegedly Misled Parliament
Minister Opstelten of Justice has
misinformed Parliament about a whitewash deal which his Deputy Fred Teeven
closed with the major drug dealer, Cees H. This was said by Piet Doedens, who
was then the lawyer of the drug dealer. Opstelten said in Parliament that 1.25
million Guilders were paid to the drug dealer. Doedens says that the amount was
5 million. Teeven was Prosecutor at the time. Cees H. was one of the leaders of
the infamous Octopus Network, which inter alia shipped several tons of hashish
from Pakistan. After he was condemned, the authorities tried to put their hands
on his money obtained from crime. When this failed, an arrangement was made –
the state received 750,000 Guilders. The criminal got back 5 million. Also,
Jan-Hein Kuijpers, the current lawyer of Cees H., confirms this deal. Doedens
says that Cees H. also received back several buildings, a yacht, exclusive cars
and jewels after the deal with the authorities.

Municipal Counselor: Moroccan Demonstrators are a ‘Ticking Bomb’

“The group of Moroccans which
demonstrated last week against the jeweler’s wife who killed two robbers is a ‘ticking
bomb,’ said former Labor Party Municipal Counselor in Eindhoven, Mustapha
Abbou. According to him, the group of demonstrators has no perspective in life
and is in the order of magnitude of several tens to a hundred. Most have
dropped out of school, but there are also youths among them who have studied in
university.
At home, they are under
pressure to work or go to school, but the Labor Exchange doesn’t even register
them. He said that the municipality has to develop a plan and dialogue with the
imams and not with the mosque leaders. They listen to the imams, who preach on
a weekly basis.

Deputy Minister Condemns Demonstrations by Friends of Killed Robbers
Deputy Minister Fred Teeven of Security
and Justice condemned the demonstration by youths against the jeweler couple who
killed two robbers at their store. He said that the demonstrators support violence
and added, “If you don’t use violence, you don’t provoke it.” Several tens of
youths demonstrated in Deurne against the couple who most probably shot the
robbers out of self-defense. There was also a similar demonstration in the much
bigger town of Eindhoven. In the meantime in Deurne, the mayor has prohibited
all demonstrations.

Every Year 25 Million Euro Unjustified in Social Security Payments
Every year communities have to write off 25 million
Euro of unjustified social security payments. The recipients – often fraudulent
ones – are caught, but never return the payments. In addition, there is an
amount of 600 million claims of non-returned social security fraud. This
concerns monies that the municipalities still expect to collect according to
their bookkeeping. This amount increased in 2012 by more than 30 million Euro.
