Total Chaos at Rotterdam School
At a Rotterdam school, part of the
teaching staff do not teach because they cannot control their students. Other teachers do not show up for their

according to a member of the Rotterdam municipal council he says that, "the street controls
the school. Drugs are traded in the school and sex takes place in the toilets."

conclusion that Albanian criminals have pushed aside the Moroccan mafia on the Dutch
drug market. South American drug cartels
prefer to do trade with Albanians rather than the Moroccan mafia. The Dutch Moroccan mafia is much more closely
followed by the Dutch police because of internal murders.
